    Sakya reserves the right to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances, inventory issues, or other reasons.

    If an order is canceled by Sakya, the full order amount will be refunded to the customer.

    Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Sakya error.

  • Refund to Original Payment Method :

    Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.

  • Damaged or Defective Products :

    In the case of damaged or defective products, Sakya may offer a replacement instead of a refund, as per customer preference.

  • Return Shipping :
